Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms are the deal between you and Dankore Software for using TalkAm Invoice. Read them. If you create an account or keep using TalkAm, you agree.
What TalkAm is
TalkAm is a voice-first sales book. You speak a sale, check the draft, save the invoice, and share it. It helps traders keep records in Hausa, Igbo, Yorùbá, and English.
TalkAm is not a government e-invoicing platform, a bank, or a tax authority. It does not collect tax for anyone.
Your account
You must give true signup details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has it, change the password and tell us through dankoresoft.com.
Your records
Your sales, customers, and invoices are yours. You grant Dankore Software the licence needed to store them, process voice into drafts, generate PDFs, and run the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
Check before you confirm
Speech recognition and language models can get things wrong. Prices, quantities, and names can be misheard. You are the boss of your records: nothing becomes a confirmed sale until you check the draft and confirm it.
Acceptable use
Use TalkAm for lawful business record-keeping. Do not try to break the service, access another business’s data, abuse the microphone features, or use TalkAm for fraud or anything illegal.
Help improve TalkAm
If you leave Help improve TalkAm on, recordings may be reviewed and used to improve speech models, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can turn it off any time.
Models and third parties
TalkAm uses third-party speech and language models. Required attributions (including N-ATLaS and Gemma) are on the About page. Those providers’ terms apply to their models.
Availability
We aim to keep TalkAm working, but the internet, phones, and model services fail. We may pause, change, or stop features. We are not liable for lost sales caused by downtime or a misheard draft you did not correct.
Limitation of liability
TalkAm is provided as-is for an evolving product. To the fullest extent Nigerian law allows, Dankore Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for amounts beyond fees you paid us for TalkAm in the three months before the claim (if you paid none, that limit is zero).
Ending the account
You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms other users. Deletion removes that business’s TalkAm data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a material update means you accept the new terms. Nigerian law governs these terms. Courts in Nigeria have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights the law gives you.
